NORTH TO IDA (part 1)
NORTH TO IDA is the first episode in a series of videos I will be posting throughout 2010. I like to think that these episodes are a little different than what people are used to seeing when it comes to online surf media… I was trying for the video to have the feeling that even if you don’t surf you will see my journey and purpose as I set out to surf the waves from this extremely late Tropical system in November of 2009.

Sweet video bro…I thought I got the swell of the year before the semester started with Bill. I couldn’t believe the pics from that surfline feature from NY during Ida. I’m on it in NY every time there’s waves and I dunno if I’ve ever seen it that good for so many days. Got some sideshore consolation waves in OCMD. Not as clean, but HEAVING…That place doesn’t get enough play for as powerful as it gets.

Nice clip.
South Florida was going off the day you surfed Sebastian. Surfed Delray and it was easily 2-3 foot overhead on the sets and clean.
