Smith Profile video, All the surfing was shot in Australia back in March of this year… Go to the lounge on smithoptics.com to check out the rest of the videos…
Here is a short little video from when I was in Tasmania back in March… Graham Nash was over there shooting for O’neill during the O’neill Cold Water Classic and I had no idea he was putting this edit together for ESPN.com… So here she is, not exactly the surf we were looking for but a really fun trip regardless…
On a recent trip to Portugal, for a WQS event which I rather not talk about how I did… I came across an article in the Tap Air Magazine in the seat back in front of me on my flight there… The article was about Tap Air working with surfers on transporting their surfing equipment which resulted in a 50% price reduction on Board fees… Also, they even go into as much detail as to proclaim that the price will stay the same no matter the amount of boards in the board bag as long as it is under 10kg… This even further proves how much of a scam it is for the airlines to charge for the contents of a single bag… I mean, if its within the size requirements and under the weight limit then you should be able to fit as many boards as you can in their, right??? Yeah if the Airlines within the US were based off of logic and not penny pinching… WOW!!! REALLY??? Yeah they even put so much thought into it that they publish an article in their in flight magazine… I think every airline in the world needs to follow TAP AIRLINES LEAD… Here is a look at what the article is all about…
